System Integrity

• Do not engage in activities that compromise the security of our services, including probing, scanning, or testing vulnerabilities of any system or network hosting our services without explicit permission.
• Refrain from tampering with, reverse-engineering, hacking, attempting unauthorized access, or circumventing security measures of our services.
• Avoid modifying, disabling, or compromising the integrity or performance of our services, related systems, networks, or data.
• Do not decipher transmissions to or from the servers running the services, unless authorized for security assessments.

Wrongful Activities

• Do not solicit users for commercial purposes without explicit authorization from NextGPM.
• Refrain from disparaging NextGPM, partners, vendors, or affiliates.
• Do not promote or advertise products or services other than your own without appropriate authorization.

Inappropriate Content

• Violates intellectual property rights, is deceptive, fraudulent, illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, or harmful.
• Encourages illegal or tortious conduct.
• Attacks others based on their characteristics or contains inflammatory material.
• Contains viruses, bots, worms, or other harmful materials.

Acknowledgment of AI Limitations

It is crucial to recognize that AI, including ChatGPT, may not be infallible. While our AI assistant is designed to provide accurate project analysis, goal setting, and risk assessment, there is a possibility of errors. Users are advised to exercise critical judgment and independently verify information, especially in critical decision-making scenarios.

Consequences of Violations

Without prejudice to other remedies available, NextGPM reserves the right to permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend a user’s account or access to the services without notice or liability if a violation of this Acceptable Use Policy is determined.
